Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Born in Norwood, MA, Dr. Duggan chose to become a dentist after having undergone dental treatment while she was in high school. Due to the amazing experience she had working with her dentist and feeling confident from the cosmetic services she received, her interest in dentistry increased. This passion grew while she interned at a local dentist’s office as an undergrad at Holy Cross. Today, she absolutely loves helping patients improve their idea of dentistry, educating them on their oral health, and upgrading their pearly whites.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Duggan began her career in dentistry by studying at the College of the Holy Cross for her undergraduate degree. Afterward, she went on to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine to earn her dental doctorate and then completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program. Later, she studied at the Medical University of South Carolina and worked on becoming certified in TMJ disorders and BOTOX for facial aesthetics. She’s also a certified Invisalign provider.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
When she isn’t at the office and improving people’s smiles, Dr. Duggan spends much of her time with her husband and their two wonderful children. If she’s free, she enjoys doing things like swimming, running, and playing pickleball. She also likes to bake and travel to new places. One fun fact about her: her birthday is on Christmas Eve, and her family is always happy to celebrate it separately from Christmas!
